Hero Paste White

Create raised designs on paper or other surfaces. Add texture and dimension to your projects directly or use through a stencil. Applies easily with a palette knife or even your fingers. Combine with your favorite coloring mediums, or mix in glitter or sequins for creative effects. Cleans up with soap and water.
