Navigating Changes Together: A Message to Our Creative Community
April 1st, 2025
Thank you for making Hero Arts a part of your creative journey. Your passion and support mean the world to us. As you know, the past few years have brought significant economic challenges, including inflation and rising tariffs.
Like many businesses, we’ve worked hard to absorb these increases, but we now find it necessary to make small price adjustments on some products. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope this will be the last increase for a long time. To help manage costs and keep prices as stable as possible, we have been:
1. Negotiating with factories for them to absorb tariff costs whenever possible.
2. Continuously optimizing our supply chain for better pricing on raw materials, packaging, and all aspects.
3. Reducing freight costs through improved planning and increased ocean shipments vs costly air shipments.
4. Shifting production when possible to lower or tariff-free countries.
5. Expanding domestic manufacturing where feasible.
Our passion for creativity remains unchanged, and our commitment to designing, educating, and delivering high-quality products at the best value is stronger than ever. We deeply appreciate your support and look forward to continuing this creative journey together.
