WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SUBSCRIBING?
There are only a limited number of Hero Arts My Monthly Hero kits, so if you subscribe you are guaranteed to get a kit! Plus, often they sell out fast (the record is 5 hours), so you don’t have to order quickly as you
are automatically allocated a kit. Also, you get free shipping with your kit and extras you buy by Thursday that week when we close your box and ship. How great is that? And, your subscription is auto-renewing,
so you don’t have worry about it month after month. Finally, we will have subscriber-only discounts and/or specials that you won’t want to miss.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
You can cancel by either sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at Hero Arts, 1-800-822-4376 by the 28th of the month prior to the release of the kit. For 3- and 6-month subscriptions, remember they auto-renew
so be sure to cancel before your anniversery.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED FOR WHEN I SUBSCRIBE?
Your card will be billed immediately when you first subscribe. Then, going forward, your subscription will be billed on the 25th of each month for month-to-month plans. For 3-month subscriptions, it will only bill every 3 months on the 25th.
For 6-month subscriptions, it will only bill every 6 months on the 25th.
HOW DO I RENEW MY SUBSCRIPTION TO GET MY KIT EVERY MONTH?
Your subscription is auto-renewing, so once you subscribe, it will renew until you decide to cancel your auto-renew -- which you can do anytime.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD OR SHIPPING ADDRESS USED FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?
On the top of all pages on HeroArts.com you will see “My Account.” Click there, log in if not already logged in, and you will see a “Manage My Subscription” area that has this information for you to edit.
DO I GET FREE SHIPPING FOR MY KIT IF I SUBSCRIBE?
Yes you do!
-- if you are in the USA. Not only that, you get free shipping on anything you decide to add to your kit order prior to it shipping (Thursday, 12:00PM PT the week of launch).
International subscribers receive a discounted shipping rate for both the kit and any add-ons you may decide to include as well. The discounted rate differs by country.
WHAT ARE THESE DISCOUNTS AND SPECIALS YOU MENTION IN THE BENEFITS?
For subscribers only, we always offer product discounts/specials during kit launch week, which will come via email the day of the launch. Past discounts have included things like 25% off a certain group of products, a free catalog, etc., and we try to make them different all of the time.
HOW DO I SWITCH FROM MONTHLY TO A 3- OR 6-MONTH PLAN?
You can switch by choosing a new subscription plan and checking out through our website. We will automatically cancel your monthly plan.
HOW DO I SWITCH FROM A LONGER PLAN BACK TO MONTHLY?

HOW DOES THE SKIP FOR THE SIX MONTH PLAN WORK?
The skip would extend your subscription by a month. So let’s say you see the sneak peeks for the October kit and decide it may not be for you. You would utilitze your one “skip” and we would then add an extra month onto the tail end of your subscription.
HOW DO I USE MY ONE SKIP FOR THE SIX MONTH PLAN?

CAN I GET A REFUND ON EITHER THE 3- OR 6-MONTH PLAN?
You can cancel your auto-renew anytime you choose. Once you have canceled the auto-renew, after the 3 or 6 months have elapsed, you will then not be charged again. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds
on unshipped kits as we base our inventory on subscriber-ship well in advance and thus already have made your kits.
