All monthly subscriptions are available for the month of their release, with no
guarantee of availability for following months.
The Card Kit products are exclusive to their month of release and will not be released outside of the kit offering.
My Monthly Hero is a card kit, which includes a die set, stamp and cut, paper pack, plus an extra coordinating product. My Monthly Super Hero will include everything in the standard MMH plus 2-3 additional coordinating products designed to enhance the collection and expand creative possibilities.
Subscriptions will be monthly recurring charges; therefore, no additional products will be able to ship with your Card Kit.
Unfortunately, no. Once the kits sell out, they are gone for good.

Each Card Kit will typically include a Die Set, Stamp & Cut, and paper pack plus one other product. The additional product will vary from release to release, but may include layering stencils, cling stamps or even new products on the horizon! You can always count on a curated collection of products that work beautifully together and with other products in the Hero Arts line.
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available. In some cases, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested. As such, merchandise in your order may be removed, and your credit card or account will be credited for the amount of those item(s) without prior notification. Please know we will do our best to fulfill your complete order. Processing of orders can take between 2 to 4 business days from date order was received. Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. When the orders ship, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information via email. Rewards points earned from purchases will be applied at time of shipping. You will also receive a notification when this happens.
Shipping method is determined based on the weight, dimension and distance of the shipment and the carrier. Carriers we use are USPS, UPS, EPOST, & FedEx. At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make any edits or changes to the orders. This includes removing or adding additional items to the order or making edits to billing & shipping information. Please ensure that your order is correct before completing your order.
Once an order is received, it takes 2 to 4 business days to process before it ships from the Hero Arts warehouse. Once the order is in transit, Domestic US orders will take 2 - 7 business days, and International orders will take 2 - 21 business days to be delivered, depending on the shipping method and destination. Delivery may take more than stated shipping time if an order is held by the destination country’s local customs office. This means orders may take anywhere from 2 to 21+ business days to arrive.
Countries Not Served: Due to shipping method and rate challenges, we currently do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, China, Iraq, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Pakistan, Palestinian Territory, United Arab Emirates, South Sudan, Russia, Republic of SSD, and select others.
Orders will ship either USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size of the order and the delivery location.
Canadian shipments have moved to general shipping rates. Carrier and methods may vary depending on the order size and location.
nternational customers (Canada not included) may select the International shipping method of their choice at checkout. Taxes and duties will now be paid by the customer at time of delivery. We now offer three International shipping options: (Not every option will be available to every location.)
- USPS Shipping (1-3 weeks shipping time)
- FedEx Shipping (4-7 business days shipping time)
- UPS Shipping (4-7 business days shipping time)
All shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import charges/fees (Duties, Customs, Tariffs, and VAT) which are set by the destination country. These are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin/manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise and may be levied once your package reaches destination country. Customs fees and policies are different from country to country and may change regularly. You should contact your local customs office for additional information. As the purchaser, you are responsible to pay all fees at time of delivery. Refunds are NOT allowed due to import charge refusal.

It does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories: Website orders of $100.00 or more (after discounts and not including taxes or any other fees) will receive FREE US Domestic Shipping. Sales tax is now being charged on ALL US orders. A default tax rate will be reflected in the cart and is recalculated at checkout based on the shipping address zip code.

Returns Policy
Heroarts.com gladly accepts undamaged and unopened merchandise for return within 60 days of the purchase date. Only merchandise purchased from HeroArts.com will be accepted. To qualify for the refund, product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 60 days of the original shipment and in the same condition we shipped it - unopened, unused, and undamaged. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) must be obtained before sending anything back. All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties on these items, (except machines which are warrantied for ONE year from the date of purchase. You MUST have a proof of purchase from a valid seller to qualify. Warranty is NOT valid on any resale purchase of machines or systems such as EBAY, Garage Sales, Craigslist, or other non-approved resellers.) Proof of purchase will be required. We cannot honor the return of an item you purchased at full price in exchange for the same item that is currently being offered as an online shopping special at a lesser price. We do not price match other retailers or prior purchases. If your purchase is from another store or retailer, then please contact that store directly.
To qualify for a return / refund please call our customer service team at 1-888-547-0400 or email herosupport@spellbinders.us to request an RMA # (return merchandise authorization). Once the RMA # is authorized and return is approved, then the merchandise must be returned to our warehouse at address listed below, within 60 days. Please repack the merchandise with the original packing slip. Please note RMA # and reason for return on packing slip. Please ensure merchandise is packed carefully to avoid damage, as damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return. Once we receive the returned merchandise in good condition, Hero Arts will verify and approve return and credit account on record used to make original purchase. Please note that all shipping costs related to return merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error, we will, of course, pay your return shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding your order please call our customer service team. Refused orders and unauthorized returns will NOT receive a refund or credit.

Angel Policy
We at Hero Arts and Spellbinders appreciate your choice to use our products to create beautiful items for your own use and for resale. Therefore, we give permission in the form of a limited license to use these products (Platinum™, Platinum 6, Glimmer, BetterPress, Grand Calibur®, Prizm™, Sapphire™, Presto Punch™ and Wizard™ Machines, Hero Arts and Spellbinders® die, punch templates, foil plates and stamps, dies, ink, cardstock, accessories or other items) to create artwork and crafts under the following conditions:
- You are permitted to sell your artwork and craft projects at seasonal fairs and events, retail shops, community fundraisers, festivals, craft events, and online craft marketplaces such as ETSY.
- We require that your actual crafting be limited and local in nature, handmade by the artist or crafter. Please do not mass-produce or allow production by hired workers.
- We do not limit quantities of for-sale artwork or crafts that abide by these restrictions and conditions.
- Hero Arts & Spellbinders® dies, punch templates, and stamp designs are copyrighted and may not be copied without permission; you also may not digitally or electronically reproduce projects.
- You may not use Hero Arts or Spellbinders images for purposes of creating logos or company trademarks.
- In selling handmade projects, the seller must make clear that the projects for sale are the creation of the artist, and not products sold by the company.
- Those who participate in creating handmade items for sale are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses and complying with all state and federal tax collecting/reporting regulations and assume all responsibility and liability.
