Hero Arts Consumer Donation & Sponsorship Policy

At Hero Arts, we’re passionate about inspiring creativity and supporting the stamping and papercrafting community. We occasionally sponsor creators, educators, and event organizers who share our love of crafting and help introduce Hero Arts products to new audiences. All requests for sponsorship or product donations are subject to review and approval.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for sponsorship, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • You must have an active social media presence or class/event history related to stamping or papercrafting.
  • You must have used or featured Hero Arts products within the last 3 months. Hero Arts must be acknowledged in class materials, social media promotions, and/or at the event.
  • Donation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event.

Types of Support We Consider

  • Product for class kits, workshops, or make & takes.
  • Product or gift cards for giveaways for online or in-person events.
  • Influencer collaborations based on reach, content quality, and alignment with the Hero Arts brand.

What to Include in Your Request

  • Please send an email to heromarketing@spellbinders.us with the subject line “Sponsorship Request” and include the following:
  • Date and location of event or class (online or in-person)
  • Overview of your audience and expected attendance or reach
  • Description of how Hero Arts products will be used or featured
  • Any links to your website, social media, or past events Specific products or types of items you're requesting
  • How you plan to recognize Hero Arts' support (social tags, signage, etc.)

Additional Notes

  • Due to a high volume of requests, we cannot accommodate all submissions.
  • Priority may be given to creators and events that align with upcoming product launches or marketing campaigns.
  • Hero Arts reserves the right to limit the number of donations per person per calendar year.
