Some pieces are not properly sized
"This is very cute and I would love to give it 5 stars. However, the pants/boots piece is smaller than the body, meaning you either have body color (pink in my case) showing all around the foot or you have to fuss with taking a Sharpie to the edges. That isn't a perfect solution, to say the least. It's already very time consuming to put Santa together (20+ tiny pieces) without adding more time and fuss. Overall, the attention to quality here is disappointing for a company that I usually trust to provide topnotch quality."
