Stamps and cuts lumpy, looks awful, defective

"My set is defective, the image of the word hello is not smooth like it should be. It makes an ugly image and the die cuts out lumpy not smooth as well since the image on the acetate is also not smooth. I asked for a replacement since it's defective but I see the exact same image with the unsmooth edges current on the website so I would be getting the exact same lumpy word. Customer service said sorry can't help you since I couldn't find my proof of purchase. Compare the image to the Smile stamp and cut, it is perfectly smooth. Probably need to zoom in to see what I'm talking about. If you have purchased or decide to purchase make sure you use it right away to see if it's the stamps and cuts the same as my set and get it handled sooner than later. Mine was purchased at a local craft store no longer in business."

My set does not stamp or cut smooth

"Zoom in on the photo, it stamps not smooth on the edges makes it look ugly. Cuts the say. The stamps are made from the print so if the print is off the stamps and dies will be off. Needs correction. I was going to reorder but looks like I would get the exact same thing."
