Party Invitations for a Future Event
Ok everyone… I am sure when this is all over we will be ready to party! In these unprecedented times we sure could use a few “quarantinis” and some fun. So, get your party invites ready with this awesome large stamp called Party. I am showing you three different ways to create an invitation so let’s take a look.
The first one is made by embossing with Gold Glitter on Dove White Cardstock and adding those great little Enamel Dots. I used the Nesting Oval Infinity Dies to cut a few extra layers to add some backing colors, then mounted on a card made with Kiwi Cardstock.
Next up I embossed the Party stamp in White on a Paradise Cardstock. For a bit of color on this one, I randomly added tiny circles over the stamped image with a hole punch from my stash, then added various colors with markers behind the punched out areas. I added some embroidery floss and mounted to a Papaya card.
Since it is almost Easter, the third invite could be for an Easter egg hunt! Stamp the Party stamp in Intens-ified Black on Dove White. Color in the letters with markers and stamp the tiny star from Hero Greeting Cheeky Birthday in various colors all over the stamp. Cut out the oval shape. Cut a larger oval in Amethyst Cardstock with the top on the fold, so the “egg” shape can be a standing notecard.
I am sure you will find other great ideas for this stamp. I was thinking about stitching French knots all over the stamped lines, but ran out of time. So many fun ideas! Until you can get together with friends and have a party, keep creating!!
xoxo
