Stamp-Along

 

Join us for a day of “LIVE” card classes, hosted in a private Facebook group!

During this virtual event, you will have the opportunity to create eight beautiful cards from start to finish, learning tips and tricks from some of your favorite cardmakers. The event will take place in a private Facebook group - you must use Facebook to participate. There will be tons of giveaways during the event, including a Grand Prize of brand new products from our upcoming holiday release! You can watch everything live as it happens and “stamp-along”, or you can choose to view when it is convenient for you. Everyone who registers will be eligible for the drawings, you need not be present to win.

Saturday, July 17, 2021 (all times are PT)

8:00am - the day kicks off with our warm welcome and a round of giveaways

9:00am - 5:00pm - our artists lead eight card demos, with a new demo beginning every hour

5:00pm - wrap-up and more giveaways!

Once you purchase this event, you will be sent an email with details regarding how to join our private event Facebook group. Please keep an eye out for this email with Stamp-Along in the subject line.

Please be sure to ask to join the Facebook group AT LEAST 24 hours before the LIVE event begins. It may take time to be approved into the Facebook group as this is a manual process. The sooner you join the group, the sooner you can join the conversation and find your bearings! We will be there to help answer any questions.

All of the LIVES will be available for replay in the private Facebook group if you are unable to attend on July 17th.

Class Supplies

We will not be shipping kits for this event. We know many of the necessary supplies will already be available in your crafty stash, but we are featuring newer released stamps and dies as well. Take a look at the supply list, and consider supporting a local stamp store with your event-related purchases! Or find Hero Arts products here in our shop. We’ve put together the supply list into one big checklist. We will provide card by card details closer to the event. Once in the private Facebook group, there will also be an opportunity to ask each card artist if you are curious about possible substitutions. 

FAQ

I don’t have Facebook. How can I participate?

We are using Facebook’s platform to host the event, therefore it is required that you have a Facebook account to join.

How long will you have access to the class?

As long as Facebook exists and keeps Groups active, you'll have access to the event.

I don’t have all of the supplies listed, can I still participate?

You can always substitute for similar items, or leave something out. Email us if you have questions.

I live in a different timezone, I'm not sure when the event will begin for me.

Go to World Clock and personalize the clocks at the top with San Francisco time and your local time.

Where do I find the Stamp-Along demos?

Go to the event's private Facebook group on the day of the event. When a live demo begins, you will see a post that we are going live in the group. Click on that to watch. You may need to refresh your screen. We will also keep a document in the "FILES" section where we will update with links to each live after they begin.  After a demo is over, you can also watch the video by clicking on the “Video” or "Media" section of the group.

I have technical problems!

Email libby@heroarts.com and she will do her best to help. However, if she is in the middle of the LIVE she obviously will not be able to get back to you until after. The demos will work well on your computer with a high-speed internet connection. We do Facebook lives most Tuesdays at Noon and Thursdays at 4pm, we suggest tuning in for one prior to the event to become familiar with watching a Facebook Live demo.

When will the class handout be available?

All handouts will be available in the private Facebook group closer to the event.

The downloadable supply list is available now.

The class prep handout will be available by the end of June.

The class handout with full images of the cards and step-by-step instructions will be available a few days before the LIVE event.

Am I able to get a refund for this event purchase?

Unfortunately, since you have already gained access to the class resources, there are no refunds.
