Wintertime Fun Sneak Peeks #1 & #2
Hello and welcome to Christmas in July here at Hero Arts! This week we invite you to join us for a special preview of the new 2017 Wintertime Fun collection, leading up to the full catalog reveal on Wednesday, July 19.
Let’s start things off with a festive holiday classic…
This gorgeous card highlights not one, not two, but three new stamps! First is the Color Layering Holly (CM180), one of several new 4×6″ Color Layering clear sets developed just for the holidays. Coordinating Frame Cuts will be available, as well as a new Ink & Emboss product that includes three complementary ink cubes and Cherry Red embossing powder, all in one convenient pack. Merry Christmas Script (G6250) provides the main message on the card, while Christmas Poster Background (S6245) is embossed in the background. This stamp offers eye-catching typography and a nod to Clement C. Moore’s immortal Christmas poem, “The Night Before Christmas”.
And speaking of jolly old St. Nick…
We’d like to introduce you to Santa Faces (LP450), a set of four woodblock stamps that you’ll love to color and embellish. It’s never too early to start making your wish list, so be sure to let Santa know if you’d like to add this fun and playful set to your holiday cardmaking toolbox! We hear his workshop is already bustling with activity, making stamps from all-natural hand pressed and hand cut red rubber on North American maple wood blocks. Did you spy the sentiment at the top of the photo? That comes from Color Layering Joy Message (CM186), a versatile set in which the layering is in the form of words rather than images. We’re excited about the creative possibilities with this concept and can’t wait to see your interpretations!
Look for our Wintertime Fun products to start hitting the shelves at your favorite retailers in early August, and in the Hero Arts store on August 23. If your favorite retailer doesn’t carry Hero Arts – be sure to let them know that you’d like them to!
We’ll be back tomorrow with more new goodies. See you then!
