Peeking Gingerbread Man + Fun Card Opening

Hi there, crafty friends, it's Heather. Today's card features the Peeking Gingerbread Man Fancy Die plus has a fun card opening!

To create this card, I started by white heat embossing the October Cling of the Month background stamp on an A2 sized panel of Paradise cardstock. I adhered it to the front of a side folding white note card. I cut one of the Scalloped Rectangle Infinity Dies from white cardstock, cut the top and adhered it at the bottom of the background as a border. I stamped it with a sentiment from the Cozy Study stamp set.

Next, I cut a portion off the right side of the front panel of the card. I adhered the loose piece to the inside right side of the card. I adhered the die cuts from the Peeking Gingerbread Man Fancy Die set to the front panel with the gingerbread man die hanging off the edge. After Copic coloring portions of the die cuts, I inked them up with Versamark ink and added Sparkle Embossing Powder and heat set for some shine. I also used White Glitter Paper for some of the die cuts for a bit of added sparkle.

By cutting the right side of the card and adhering it to the inside, it creates a fun card opening...

I also added a few Green Enamel Dots on the gingerbread man.

I finished off the card by stamping the Holiday Treats background stamp on the flap of a white envelope using Cup o' Joe ink.

Thank you so much for visiting today.
