January 2021 My Monthly Hero is Here: Blog Hop + Giveaway!
Welcome to our first kit of 2021! This month we are celebrating one of the most important creatures on our planet - the bee! The 6x8 stamp set in our kit for January is a lovely combination of bees, flowers, and honeycomb, with images that are fun for coloring, and large enough to work well with slimline cards, too. We think you'll enjoy creating with the standalone honeycomb die, and we've rounded out the kit with some gorgeous papers, and a new lacquer pen which mimics the look of honey!

A little sidenote while we're thinking of bees... did you know that honey bees are the most important pollinators for flowers, fruits and vegetables? This means that they help other plants grow, and without them many of the food sources you enjoy each day would be gone. They have become increasingly threatened by a combination of pesticides, fungus, mite infestations, natural disasters, and global warming. Want to help? First let's take a look at the fabulous new 6 x 6 red rubber cling background stamps. This one is called Abstract Honeycomb Bold Prints. The combination of hearts and hexagons makes such wonderful backgrounds!
Next is Geometric Bee Pattern Bold Prints. Simply fantastic!
Bees and Flowers Bold Prints can make a lovely focal point on your card as well as a gorgeous background. Take the time to color the details, or simply stamp or emboss it on your background.
While we're looking at flowers, here's a pretty 4 x 6 stamp set perfect for Valentine's Day. Send a little love with Floral Love and coordinating Floral Love Frame Cuts.
This queen with her honey scepter is fabulous, and the playful bees in Bee the Queen are just too adorable! There are Bee the Queen Frame Cuts as well.
Create elegant wreaths with the Bee and Flowers Wreath set, or use the elements on their own. So many possibilities with this stamp set. There are dies, too!
Now on to our standalone dies this month. Create some "sweet" projects with Honey Pot Fancy Dies.

I’m a firm believer in using honey since I was able to stop taking allergy shots when I started using it in my tea. I took shots for probably 25 years and then after starting on honey my allergies nearly all disappeared. I haven’t had bronchitis either which I used to get once or twice a year because of the allergies. This also means that I love honey bees for what they do. This is a great kit. I really like that honey pot die.

I absolutely LOVE this release. My brother is a beekeeper, I am a gardener who appreciates the work of our winged friends and try not to use anything that will harm them, and have lots of plants that offer them (and cousin bumble bees) nectar and pollen.
