Create a Floral Masterpiece with Hero Transfers & Stamps

Rachel Kleinman

Hello creatives! This is Rachel Kleinman joining you on this lovely Valentine's Day! Today I'm sharing a spring time card with a vintage twist using some Hero Transfers and the new February Clear Set and Dies.

Let me share some Hero Transfer tips and tricks with you...

My card today uses the Ornate Frames Hero Transfers. The Transfers usually arrive to you on one large sheet. Since Hero Transfers are really good quality and pretty sticky, you will want to take the time to cut out just the parts you plan to use...

Once the frames were cut individually, I then carefully used a craft knife to remove any images or wording from the centers.

Then you're ready to arrange the frames as you like, peel off the backing, and stick! There is a little craft stick included to help rub the Transfers onto the paper.

Once all my Ornate Frames were on the Dove White Cardstock, I die cut that panel with a large Scalloped Rectangle Infinity Die.

All floral images are from the February Clear Set and Dies of the Month. I stamped them with Intense Black Ink, colored with Copics, and cut with the coordinating dies. The sentiment was stamped with Butter Bar Ink.

The panel was given a healthy splattering of Bright Yellow and Copper Two Tone Metallic Spray. To finish it all off, the completed panel was adhered to a Mustard Cardstock card base.

Thanks for joining me today! Have fun playing with those Hero Transfers and have a happy Valentine's Day weekend!
