In order to fight the growing spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the San Francisco Bay Area has mandated the immediate closure of all non-essential businesses, including Hero Arts. This means all of our employees will be sent home and we will not return until April 7 (as of now).

We are sad that we won't be able to provide you, our most prized customers and friends with stamping supplies, but we understand this is a necessary step for the good of the community.

We will still be online and available as follows:

• Our website (both stampers and retailers) will continue to take orders, although we will not start shipping again until April 7 at the earliest.

• We will continue to offer blogs, social media, card ideas, and projects online to help us and stampers the world over pass the time at home.

• We will continue to monitor our phones and email as often as possible, although our response times will be slower than usual, and thus we apologize in advance for any delays.

We are sending out our most loving and heartfelt thoughts to you and your family. Stay safe and stay healthy.

Thank you! I’m so glad that you were able to send the March monthly kit! I love it and have made several cards already and did mail them! My son lives in the DC area, of course a cherry blossom went to his family.

    Thank you for your email.
We are all living in a very difficult time. My husband and I are in isolation for 4 months, as are hundreds of other Brits in our age group. We live in a very good community and all our neighbours are looking out for each other. So far so good. If it means we can save lives then it is for the best.
I hope that you all keep well and healthy and we shall see you out the other side in due course.
Hero Arts was the first company that I bought from, when I started card making. I still have many of your original stamps on wood and little ink pads!
Thank you for all the pleasure I have had over the years and I look forward to buying from you again in April/May.
    Wishing you all good health.

Thank you for keeping your crafting friends updated. The state of Michigan is now under a stay home-stay safe order, like so many other states.
Stay home, stay safe, stay healthy.
