A Graphic Holiday

Hello and welcome! Seeka here and today I'm sharing a card featuring the Graphic Lines Holiday stamp set. This set also includes pretty ornaments and a sentiment in a modern font, but I kept things very simple today.

I started off by stamping the largest tree image in Clear Embossing & Watermark Ink onto three colors of cardstock: Mist, Peony, and Kiwi.  Then, I heat embossed the images using white embossing powder before using the coordinating dies to cut out each tree.

Next, I used blending brushes to blend blue, pink, and green inks onto the edges of each tree to add a bit of color variation.  The inks I used were Pool, Bubble Gum, and Fresh Lawn. Then, I splattered a bit of opaque white ink over the trees to mimic snow.

Next, I heat embossed the sentiment onto a piece of Pitch Black cardstock and then trimmed it into a strip.

To assemble the card, I cut a 4" x 5.25" panel of Antique Ivory cardstock and then adhered the blue and pink trees using Precision Glue. I used foam tape to pop up and adhere the green tree and the sentiment. To finish, I adhered the card front to a Dove White top-folding card base.

Thank you so much for visiting and I hope you have a wonderful day!
