Step By Step Tutorial: Boo! - How To Create A Clean And Simple Halloween Card
Hello there, Michelle Short here to share a step-by-step tutorial using the Spooktacular Collection by Simon Hurley. I love the ghosts in the Boo Crew set! You can dress up the ghosts with hats, glasses, ties, etc. - so cute! For today, I thought it would be fun to take the witch's hat from the Bewitched set to add on to my ghost!
STEP 1 – DIE-CUTTING THE GHOST + WITCH'S HAT
Cut pieces of cardstock slightly larger than the size of the dies.
Holding dies down with tape prevents them from shifting when going through the die-cutting machine. Use a low-tack tape like Best Ever Craft Tape so that it removes easily from the cardstock.
Create your die cutting plate sandwich – (bottom to top) A Platform Base, B Platform Top, C Cutting Plate, cardstock pieces with dies on top, C Cutting Plate.
I absolutely love these ghosts! Their faces just make me smile! I love that you can embellish them as much or as little as you want. Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today. I hope you have a wonderful day!
