Welcome to Day 2 of “The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge” Blog Hop. Our good friend Kathy Racoosin from The Daily Marker wants to share her love of coloring with you. Today Kathy has assembled a blog hop to give your creativity a jump start with some of her favorite stamp companies & Online Card Class partners.

The premise of “The Daily Marker 30 Day Coloring Challenge” is to color something everyday, even if it’s for just five minutes. Any coloring medium is welcomed. Click here to find out where to share what you are coloring and join the encouraging community of happy colorists plus answers to other questions you may have.

To start at the beginning of the hop go to The Daily Marker. We’re the second hop along the way! Libby is here to share some coloring inspiration with you.

For my card today, I am using some super-fun-to-color new images!! That’s right, I’m giving you a little sneaky peek of one of the stamp sets that will be released on Monday as part of the My Monthly Hero kit and add-ons launch. This adorable little add-on clear set is called Welcome Home, has a coordinating set of Frame Cuts, and I am basically dying from the cuteness of these little critters!!

I colored this little guy with my Copics. I tried to channel my inner Kathy and got out my white gel pen to add a little accent. The Nesting Oval Infinity Dies made a great little base for my bunny and message. And some stitching finished up the card.

I colored for much more than five minutes today, and I enjoyed every minute of it! I stamped a bunch of images from the set with Intense Black Ink, an ink that pairs perfectly with my alcohol-based markers, and colored them with the Copic colors seen below. Can you pick out all of the various cuties in my pile of images that are included in this set? Watch for the release of this set on Monday!

Kathy had the wonderful idea to use other company’s products on each other projects, since the crafting community is such a wonderful, sharing place. I used paper from Lawn Fawn on my card. They have the CUTEST 6×6 pads of plaid papers!! And guess what? Lawn Fawn is the next stop on this blog hop!
