We are excited to share some of the changes coming to the Hero Studio program.

• Faster Orders: New subscribers will no longer have to wait until the following month to receive their first kit. Now receive the the same monthly design when you subscribe! The sign-up window will be open the 1st - 27th each month. Also, starting in December the Monthly Add-Ons will be available for purchase on the 1st of each month as well.

• Charge Edit Window: Subscription charge day is moving to the 3rd of each month. Beginning in December, we will revealing kits on the 1st, which means you can make subscription changes prior to the charge date following the reveal.

• Subscribers Come First: Non-subscribers will no longer be able to purchase the a la carte products that are live within the Hero Studio month. Those designs will ONLY be available to active subscribers the first month. If there are any leftovers, they will be available for a la carte purchase to non-subscribers the following month.

• Fulfillment Changes: We are also making some fulfillment changes to help us get the orders out quicker and more efficiently. One of the main changes will be the Hero Studio Add-Ons will ship separately from the recurring Hero Studio orders. Subscribers will still receive free shipping on the add-ons for the first week.

We’re excited to unveil our November release, celebrating the warmth and joy of the holiday season with a charming selection of new products. The festive collection of products include new stencils, versatile dies, and creative stamp designs, perfect for adding a playful, festive flair to all your holiday crafting projects.

The November Card Kit of the Month features eight adorable animals and accessories for creating peeking scenes on your holiday cards and gift tags. Reminiscent of our popular Peeking Dies collection, the animals can peek out of the six Fancy Dies included with the kit. Use the Argyle and Cable Knit Pattern Stencils to create beautiful ink-blended backgrounds or use them with the included Berry Hero Wax. With 28 die-cut tags and a sheet of Pine and Cherry cardstock, you will have everything you need to adorn your holiday gifts this season.

In addition to the Card Kit, Hero Studio also consists of four smaller subscription options called Monthly Minis. Subscribe by November 27 to guarantee you get these products. If there are any leftovers, they will be available for a la carte purchase to non-subscribers in December.

The animals in this release are so cute! The fancy dies with the critters are fabulous too! I love the mischievous cats too!

I have shopped in Hero Arts for seven years. I loved MMH kits. It was very exciting to see the new kit every month. Some I bought, some were not interesting enough for me. And now you call it “exciting news “ that I have to subscribe for so many types of products in case I will love something and it will sell out by next month! No way! Not good marketing move. I think I’d rather buy something off EBay rather than spend so much money on subscriptions! Sad news!

But it looks like we can no longer skip a month if we aren’t interested in that particular theme. That was a necessity as far as I’m concerned. I realize I can cancel my subscription, but then I have to restart the subscription the next month instead of it being automatic. More than likely I will simply cancel with the first kit I’m not interested in and never restart and I doubt that I’m the only one. This is one of the main reasons that I’m not subscribed to any Spellbinder’s monthly subscriptions, so this is one thing I wish had not transferred with the new ownership.
