Wishing you the very best,
I have been stamping since 1994, when I was invited to a stamping party! Only wooden stamps were available at that time, and I don’t know if there were any websites with companies selling stamps. But we had a wonderful brick and mortar stamp store in our city! Hero Arts stamps were some of the first I ever owned and they are still wonderful!
I also scrapbook and sew.
On day 1 a pipe burst outside, on day 2 water started dripping from the ceiling in the dining room and on day 3 we learned there is no attic access to the area. So I went to the craft area to cheer up. That’s what crafting does, puts the focus on others as I make stuff for others and reminds me how blessed we are to get to craft.
I started papercrafting in about 1986. I attended a stamp demo at a local Hallmark store and was immediately smitten with what I learned there! The lady was demoing Hero Arts products!
I have been stamping over 20 years. I also crochet. I was taught by two aunts, one to sew and the other to crochet. I haven’t done much sewing in recent years. I also dabble in painting – oils and watercolor.
I’ve been stamping since I was about 10 years old, and have passed on my love of paper crafting to my kids now. I haven’t really done many other crafts recently, but before I had children, I did a little bit of ceramics and sewing. Now card making is my favorite craft, because it doesn’t involve lots of special equipment.
Thanks for the chance to win some Hero Arts goodies, and Happy 2022 to you all!
