It's time for our fifth countdown peek! The January My Monthly Hero kit will be available on Monday, January 6 at 1pm Eastern/10am Pacific. Now let’s join Nichol for another look at this lovely kit!

The January My Monthly Hero kit is full of incredible floral dies and all kinds of sentiments for creating gorgeous cards for many different cards and occasions!

To create the background I used several postage stamp images from the main kit with Strawberry Ink on Hero Hues Cherry Cardstock for a tone-on-tone look.

The paper floral wrapper was die cut from Hero Hues Peony Cardstock and inked with the text stamp from the main kit and Cotton Candy Ink.

The flowers, butterfly, and leaves were die cut from smooth white cardstock and colored in with Copic markers. The flowers and leaves were placed in the floral wrapper and adhered to the stamped background as shown.

A sentiment from the main kit was stamped on Hero Hues Cherry Cardstock with Embossing & Watermark Ink and heat embossed with White Embossing Powder before being die cut with the banner die from the main kit. The banner was adhered across the bouquet with foam adhesive.

Crystal Lacquer drops were added to the design for "dew drops".

I hope you enjoyed this sneak peek of the January MMH kit! I can't wait to see what you create with the main kit and add-ons this month. Thanks for joining me today!

Normally Monday is a bit of a “blah” day. I don’t look forward to it, but definitely looking forward to seeing if I am a winner tomorrow. Love the butterfly! Thanks for a chance.
