Hello friends,
You may have heard that Ellison, the parent company of Sizzix, has made claims of patent infringement against a number of companies in our industry, including Hero Arts.
Just so you know, there is absolutely no reason to change any purchasing patterns with Hero Arts, as Hero Arts does not infringe, believes the lawsuit is without merit, and intends to fight this lawsuit and win for the good of Hero Arts and the industry. Whether we like it or not, the legal process is a method to resolve disputes, and we must let that play out.
There is no reason to allow a chill on creativity or a disruption to business to creep into our beloved industry despite the current situation. In fact, let's work to do just the opposite and rally together to make our community even stronger. Hero Arts and the other companies involved remain the same creative, reliable, top selling brands you trust and love.

I hope and pray that so many people help move this a long quickly. I now I will keep using and enjoying everyone of the companys that are involved. I wish I could fine a company that would make the fireman prayer into a background. And do more stamps like that.
Frustrated & sad to hear of this bullying. I stand with Hero Arts & the others (don’t know them yet). I am flabbergasted that Sizzix thinks this will help ANYONE in the crafting industry. Prayers this will be resolved to your satisfactiin sooner rather than later! Unfollowing sizzix now.
I stand up for hero arts wholeheartedly. I am very disappointed in Ellison. If it weren’t for Hero Arts and similar companies I would not be making cards or buying ANY dizziness products. I am saddened that a company I truly love is going through this. In my opinion Ellison can’t strive without the companies that create the need for their products. I am very disappointed as I have supported Ellison but these false accusations make me want to avoid them and their product lines: (

I support Hero Arts.Will never buy another thing from Ellison.They are suing willy nilly and without merit.Their actions speak volumes to their business ethic.
