The color layering Gingerbread house is AMAZING! I love making holiday cards, but it seems like every adorable image is an outline that I have to hand color. I’m slow at coloring and I don’t want to work on holiday cards all year long just to color all the images. I can’t wait to get this new layering set that I can use with all my different ink colors. The hardest part will be picking the color schemes. I think I will be playing with this set for a long time. I hope there are more to come next year.

I just ordered a copy of your Winter Catalog and can’t wait to have it in my hands. There are so many pretty things to chose from, but I especially like the Wagon and Accessories Fancy Die Set (D1790). As I am a dog lover, a dog in the wagon made up my mind. There are so many possibilities for this die set.I also love the Peek-a-Boo collection as it is different from anything I have worked on.

I’m loving so many of the dies but I’m really loving those 6 × 6 background stamps and stencils. I can’t pick a favorite so I am going to have to get them all. How does one choose, there are so many that is going on my with list. I love the coloring layering poinsettia Christmas tree, the tri-fold village, Christmas light bulb border, and I love the background stamps, the snowflake, branched tree and the Christmas rose. The cards that I can make.:O)

The Snowflake Medallion Fancy die is the first one that grabbed me. Have to have it. So many others too. I like the snowflake background die, the out of this world Christmas set is so cute. Will look through this again later and build my lists (want, need and have to have lol)

There were several products that caught my eye… I loved the cozy little town, and the wonders of the world are still a favorite. I want to say though how disappointed I am that out of 45 new products, you couldn’t squeeze in one new Hanukkah stamp set, or stencil, or die? I know that we all make holiday cards and Christmas cards, so they are the things that make you the most money, but one new Hanukkah item wouldn’t have killed you.

I fell in love with the snowflake swirl background stamp and the christmas lights die. I have my eye on a couple other things as well. Last year, all my Christmas cards came from the monthly kit. It took quite a while to make all the doors, inside room, etc. Hoping to simplify a bit this year…then I can make even more cards…and gift tags…and gift card covers…and whatever else I dream up!!!

I love using background stamps to make my own colorful paper designs. They always add a little bit extra to my cards.
