Cloud 9 Matt Blending Ink – Albers Ochre is a light, warm yellow from the Picked by Paula collection. It blends beautifully with Georgia Moss, Gauguin Grapefruit and Frida Cherry from the same collection, so it's easy to build harmonious color combinations for cardmaking, scrapbooking and mixed media projects.
This water-based blending ink combines dye and pigment for highly concentrated color and an ultra-matte, chalky finish. Its velvety look becomes even more visible when you add water. It's ideal for blending through stencils and creating smooth backgrounds. Because the ink is water-reactive and non-permanent, it works well for faux bleach and other water-based techniques. It also contains pigment, so you can heat emboss with it if you apply the embossing powder quickly.
