Video: Together Window Fancy Die
Hey everyone. It's Dana here with you today. I have a tutorial showing you how to create quick clean and simple card using the new Together Window Fancy Die. Check out down below or HERE on the Hero Arts YouTube channel.
This die is so easy to use and makes beautiful cards. I started the card by die cutting the Together Window Fancy Die with Dove White cardstock measuring 4.25" x 5.5". Placing this panel down on top of another piece of Dove White cardstock with the same measurements, I lightly traced the pointed areas of the die where the arms meet so I would know where to place my colors.
Next I started blending my inks using the Hero Arts Ink Blending Brushes. Starting at the top I used Blue Raspberry, Lemon Drop and Taffy. I made sure to overlap my colors so I could create additional colors. I love how easy the Reactive Inks blend.
Once the colors were blended nicely, it was time to add a sentiment. I used the "thankful" sentiment from the Color Me Words stamp set with Intense Black Ink. The smaller sentiments in the set work perfectly in the center of the die.
After the stamping was done I glued the two pieces together using Hero Arts Precision Glue and trimmed them down with my paper trimmer. To pull some of the black from the sentiment to the outside of the card panel, I used a piece of Pitch Black cardstock to frame the sides of the panel and placed everything on a Dove White Side Folded Card. For a touch of added color, I used a few of the Hero Hues enamel dots in Sunset and Aqua.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you are inspired to create something beautiful.

This was a lovely card. The blended ink colors were so pretty through the window. This die makes me want to smile.
