Video: Creating Four Cards at Once!

Good morning and Happy Monday! Jess here with a fun way to get the most out of your die cuts and create four cards at once using the new Tropical Florals Fancy Dies.

Watch the video below to see the full process or click HERE to watch on YouTube.

To start I die-cut all the foliage from Tropical Florals Fancy Dies using Arctic, Paradise, and Adriatic cardstock and the flowers using Azalea cardstock. Then I took a full 8.5" x 11" panel of Nautical cardstock and arranged all the die cuts over the panel starting with the largest pieces first.

Once I was happy with the arrangement I used Liquid Precision Glue to adhere all the pieces to the panel. When it was dry I trimmed off the overhang and then cut the cardstock down to four 4.25" x 5.5" A2 panels. I die-cut my sentiment from the Hello There Stamp & Cut from the Glitter Paper Fall pack and layered them on two layers of cardstock scraps to create a thick chipboard-like sentiment. I adhered the sentiment to the panels using Liquid Precision Glue.  Finally I used a hole punch to cut lots of gold glitter dots from my glitter cardstock scraps and adhered them to the panels to fill in any gaps and add a little extra sparkle!

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!

What a great tip! And great looking cards. Thanks for such an easy way to make cards – gotta go play now!

What a great idea. It would work so well if you wanted to mass produce cards. As you said, these four could be a set to be gifted. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful idea.
