Video: Color Layering Waves Beach Scene

Hello, stampers! For today's card I have created a beach scene that I would love to jump right into and spend an afternoon relaxing in the sun. The Color Layering Waves stamp set never ceases to amaze me with the realistic ocean waves it creates.

I used Pool Party, Blue Raspberry and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks for the water layers. The sand is watercolored with a gold pearlescent paint that gives it a pretty shimmer.
I also added some white heat embossed clouds and a palm tree on a rock from the Color Layering Sea & Sky stamp set to complete the scene.

I enjoyed that video very much! All the tips were a wonderful back to basic perfection needed reminder. Loved watching the sky materialize! Cloud for island. …brilliant. we forget to look at our stamps away from intended! Great video and card! ❤❤

It is one of my favourite stamp set ever ! I love the colors you chose for the sea and watercoloring the sand and sky is a good idea and the cloud as a roc, I love it . :) Beautiful work !

Great card. Thanks for the helpful video. I wouldn’t have thought to use a gold pearlescent water color for the sand but will definitely be giving that a try.
