Two Cute Fall Card Ideas | Cozy Season Collection

Fall crafting gets an extra dose of sweetness today! Carissa Wiley recently joined us live to create two adorable cards featuring the Cozy Season Collection, mixing soft autumn colors, playful details, and a few unexpected combinations along the way.

For her fist card, Carissa reached for the Kitty Squeezer Die Set from the Cozy Season Collection. This sweet kitty is designed with arms that can wrap around all kinds of little treasures, making it easy to customize for different occasions.

For this autumn version, Kitty is cuddling a pumpkin and colorful fall leaves created with the Lovely Little Leaves Die Set. Soft Fog cardstock gives the kitty a cozy neutral look, while touches of Coral, Bellini and green bring the fall arrangement to life.

Behind Kitty, the Cozy Vibes Cling Stamp creates a fun handwritten text background packed with all those little things that make fall feel extra cozy. Carissa stamped it in Intens-ified Black Ink and paired it with a black card base to tie in the bold details of Kitty's eyes and the sentiment.

For her second card, Carissa gave this classic fall treat a pretty pink makeover using the candy corn from the Kitty Squeezer Die Set and a message from the the Sweet Wishes Stamp Set from the Beary Sweet Holiday Collection.

Layers of Coral, Bellini and white cardstock create the candy corn pieces, while a subtle background using the Wavy Lines Die Set creates the perfect texture. The oversized “Sweet” sentiment  from the Sweet Wishes Stamp Set makes a bold focal point, with the smaller “hope your day is” sentiment curving perfectly around it.

The result is a clean and cheerful fall card that shows just how much a fresh color palette can change the look of a seasonal design.

One of the most fun things about the Kitty Squeezer Die Set is dreaming up something new for those paws to hold! Change the season or occasion simply by swapping out the accessories.

Try tucking in a small flower or heart for a sweet everyday card. Add a tiny gift or birthday treat for a celebration, a snowflake or holiday accessory for winter, or even a handwritten mini message. You can also look through your favorite Hero Arts dies for small shapes and icons—the possibilities go far beyond fall.

These two cards are a great reminder that collections don't have to stay in their own little crafty boxes. Carissa mixed products from Cozy Season and Beary Sweet Holiday, played with a softer take on traditional fall colors, and found new ways to make each design her own.
