Hero Paste & Acetate Shaker
- Trim down the Seaside cardstock to create two A2 panels (4 1/4" x 5 1/2"). Adhere one of the panels to the front of an A2 card base.
- Ink-blend over the second Seaside panel with stencil 2 from the Reflection Stencils Set in Pool Party Reactive Ink. Remove the stencil.
- Place stencil 3 over the panel and ink-blend with Blue Raspberry Reactive Ink. Remove the stencil.
- Die cut the pool out of the panel.
- Die cut a panel of acetate with the pool die. Place stencil 1 the acetate and apply Hero Paste over the stencil and acetate. Remove stencil and clean with water. Set the acetate aside to dry.
- Die cut three pool frames out of white cardstock and one out of Blue Spruce cardstock. Adhere the three white pool frames together.
- Adhere the stack white pool frame to the ink-blended pool diecut and then adhere the pool to the card front.
- Adhere the Blue Spruce pool frame to the acetate pool diecut.
- Fill the pool with large glitter and then adhere the acetate pool over the diecut.
- Die cut a diving board and ladder out of Waterfall cardstock and adhere to the card front.
- Die cut the layers for the umbrella, flip-flops, pool float, and pool lounger out of Carrot, Coral, Beeswax and Fawn cardstocks. Adhere the layers together.
- Stamp a sentiment in black into onto white cardstock. Die cut the sentiment out with the coordinating die.
- Adhere the diecuts to the card front.
Colorizing Glitter Paste
- Place stencil 2 over the front of an A2 top-folding white card base. Ink-blend over the card front with Splash and Pool Party Reactive Inks. Remove the stencil.
- Place stencil 3 over the card front and ink-blend with Blue Hawaii and Blue Raspberry Reactive Inks.
- Apply Pool Party ink onto a slick surface. Add glitter paste to the ink and mix the ink and paste together with a palette knife.
- Place stencil 1 over the card front and apply the colorized glitter paste over the stencil. Remove stencil and clean.
- Stamp the sun, flip-flop, popsicles from the Hello Summer Stamp & Cut onto white cardstock. Die cut the images out with the coordinating dies.
- Stamp a sentiment in black ink onto white cardstock. Die cut the sentiment out with the coordinating dies.
- Adhere the sentiment and images to the card front.
- Adhere the clear gems to the card front.
Ink Lifting and Stencils
- Trim down a sheet of Waterfall cardstock to create an A2 panel (4.25" x 5.5"). Adhere the panel to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base.
- Place stencil 1 over an A2 panel of white cardstock and ink-blend lightly with Splash and Blue Hawaii Reactive Inks. Remove the stencil.
- Place stencil 2 over the panel and ink-blend heavy-handedly with Splash and Blue Hawaii Reactive Ink. Remove the stencil.
- Place stencil 3 over the panel, then press over the panel with a damp chamois to lift the ink from the panel.
- Die cut the panel twice with the pool die, making sure to have at least one complete pool.
- Die cut two pool frames out of Fawn cardstock. Adhere the pools and pool frames to the card front. Use scissors to trim off any excess.
- Stamp a sentiment in black ink onto the card front.
- Die cut the pool floats and the pool lounger out of Beeswax, Carrot, Teal Topaz, Coral, Raven, Seaside, Waterfall and Acorn cardstocks.
- Trace around the watermelon float base diecut onto Raven cardstock, then cut along the traced line with scissors.
- Adhere the diecuts together and adhere the diecuts to the card front.
