March My Monthly Hero Countdown: Idea #2 + Giveaway

Hello everyone! We have another fabulous kit this month! I fell in love with the word dies as soon as I saw them! I started off my card by die cutting a heart from mask paper for my focal point. I used a middle size heart from the Nesting Hearts Infinity Dies set. The mask was then placed over an A2 white card base.
Using Distress Oxide ink, I blended over the colours with the darkest at the bottom. With the mask still in place, I took the flower stamp from the stamp set and inked this up with the Unicorn White Ink Cube that comes in the kit and stamped this repeatedly over the heart. I then removed the mask and set aside to dry.
I took the hugs die from the kit and die cut this from the white cardstock in the kit, three times and layered these up with liquid glue. On the top layer, I spritzed over the new White Iridescent Shimmer Spray, which will be available as an add-on to the kit, on Monday. The die cut was then added to the card with more liquid glue.

Simple yet dynamic!! Love the soft blended coloured heart with the white hugs. Really makes it pop. The added white flowers stamped on the coloured heart is a nice touch that adds interest. Simple yet so beautiful!!

Oh I just love your card. The white stamping of the flower on the inked up heart is genius, I didn’t see it at first as it’s so subtle but still gives a great little dimenssion to your card. I love the shimmer spray youce used on the stacked hugs word. All in all i think you can say i LOVE this card lol. Xxx ? xxx

Simple but heartfelt. The simplicity of this design would be easy to reproduce, and just changing up the colors can suit different moods. One of my most favorite purchases from Hero Arts is the Nesting Hearts Infinity dies, and I see it utilized here in this card.

I love the white space…then BAM!! The center with that beautiful ombre of the turquoise/green heart with the white hugs across the heart, making the recipient’s eyes drawn straight to it. And yes…shimmer, shimmer, shimmer…..
