July My Monthly Hero is Here! + a Giveaway!
We are happy to bring you the launch of our July My Monthly Hero kit and add-ons! With summer in full swing our Creative Team had fun creating beautiful seasonal projects and we think you will too! Be sure to read the whole post for some inspiration and a blog hop that will give you lots of ideas of how to use this month’s products.
It’s summertime and we are celebrating with this month’s July My Monthly Hero Kit! You can create beautiful planted creations using the stamps and coordinating dies and add just the right sentiment. We can’t wait for you to try the watercolor circles and sheets included in this kit – it is a premium, handmade, professional grade paper that you will love. And if you haven’t tried Distress Oxide ink, now is your chance. Use it to create a verdigris finish on the metal container images or as a background. So many possibilities! Add some heart paper confetti as a fun accent.
This month’s kit contents include:
2 4” x 6” Clear Stamp Sets
17 Coordinating Frame Cuts
5 Recycled Paper Heart Large Confetti Pieces – Assorted Colors
Ranger Distress Oxide Ink Pad – Iced Spruce
Handmade, Professional Grade, Cold Press, 100% recycled Watercolor paper from Sari Scraps:
· 1 6” x 6” Circle with Deckle Edge – 140 lb.
· 3 5” x 7” sheets – 140 lb.
This kit is an incredible deal with so many goodies in it that the value is $74 but the cost to you is $34.99. Kits are limited in quantity and not restocked once sold out.
We also have some terrific, optional add-on products – such a wide variety this month! There are 2 stamp sets, coordinating dies, one wood mounted stamp, a Paper Layering die, 2 background stamps, 1 Stamp & Cut set and one Fancy Die.
First up is the Little Florals clear stamp set and coordinating dies. Mix and match the florals in this set to create cheerful bouquets. Jayne and Michelle used a sentiment from this set on their countdown cards.
Next up is the Summer Garden stamp set. So many wonderful greetings make this a very versatile set. And what garden would be complete without butterflies, birds and insects?
Speaking of butterflies…. how about a Butterfly Confetti Fancy Die that is filled with them!
When we think about summer and enjoying the beauty of the outdoors what is more fun than a picnic! Every picnic needs a blanket to spread out and this Picnic Blanket Bold Prints background stamp helps you create one.
The next addition to our picnic is a Paper Layering Basket! Die cut it from natural colored cardstock and create dimension with a little shading. Or use it as is. It’s so realistic looking!
If you’d rather have a stamped picnic basket? We have that too! Use it as a picnic basket or fill it with flowers from the other products! Such a cute stamp.
Sometimes we have unwelcome guests at our picnic – ants! But you must admit that this Ant Trail Bold Prints background stamp sure is cute!
Last but not least is our Daisy and Bugs Stamp & Cut set.
If you’d like to purchase all of the add-ons, check out our “get it all” add-on bundle! You’ll save 8% and receive all 9 of this month’s add-on products.
We are happy to have Jayne on the blog today with another card to inspire you.
Jayne: Now that you’ve seen everything included in this month’s My Monthly Hero kit and each of the optional add-on products, I hope that you are very excited about this launch! I absolutely adore all of the floral and picnic themed products!
For my card, I started by stamping the new, add-on Picnic Blanket Bold Prints background onto a white card base with Soft Pool ink. Then, I lightly water colored a panel of paper with blue and green paint. I used a tag die to cut a tag from the panel and secured the remaining portion to the top of the card. After tying a bow through the tag’s hole, I secured the tag to the card with foam tape and added a narrow strip of black cardstock.
I stamped a trio of flowers in tall bottles with several of the beautiful floral images in this month’s double stamp set. After coloring each image with colored pencils, I fussy cut the images and added them to the tag. This month’s kit also includes coordinating Frame Cuts to make cutting these images a breeze! I finished the card with one of the kit’s gorgeous, mixed font sentiments that I embossed onto a black cardstock oval. Have fun hopping!
Thank you Jayne!
