Our next LIVE Make-Along event is this weekend! Join Channin to make along with the Hero Studio November 2024 Card Kit of the Month. Gather your supplies and create a card with Channin from start to finish.

In addition to the November Card Kit of the Month, the following supplies will be used.

November Card Kit of the Month
Azalea Cardstock
Cherry Cardstock - included in card kit
Dove White Cardstock
INTENS-ified Black Ink
Raspberry Jam Core Ink
Large Ink Blending Brush
Precision Glue
Berry Hero Wax - included in card kit
Palette Knife
Stamp Positioning Tool ex. MISTI
Die-Cutting Machine
Scissors
Foam Adhesive 
Tape Runner
Heat Tool
Paper Trimmer
Copic Markers - Dog: E30, E31, E35, E37, C-5 + C-7; Hat: R27 + R39, RV06 + RV34

Instructions:

  1. Trim down the Cherry cardstock to create an A2 panel (4 1/4" x 5 1/2").
  2. Place the argyle stencil included in the card kit over the panel, apply the included Cherry Hero Wax over the stencil onto the panel. Set the panel aside to dry.
  3. While the wax is drying, stamp the dog and Santa hat in INTENS-ified Black Ink onto the Dove White cardstock.
  4. Dry ink with heat tool and then copic color the images. When you finish coloring the images die cut them out with the coordinating dies.
  5. Die cut a stocking using the included fancy dies out of Cherry and Azalea cardstock. Cut the top off the Cherry stocking and then adhere it to the Azalea stocking.
  6. Adhere the puppy and hat together, then adhere them to the stocking. 
  7. With the wax now dry, place the argyle stencil back over the panel but this time in an off-set position then ink-blend with Raspberry Jam Core Ink.
  8. Trim down the Azalea cardstock to create an A2 panel (4 1/4" x 5 1/2").
  9. Trim the wax panel down and adhere it to an A2 panel of Azalea cardstock.
  10. Adhere the panel to the front of an A2 top-folding white card base, then adhere the stocking with the puppy to the card front with foam adhesive.
  11. Stamp a sentiment in INTENS-ified Black Ink onto white cardstock. Die-cut the sentiment out with the coordinating die.
  12. Adhere the sentiment to the card front with foam adhesive.

Instructions:

  1. Trim down Sand cardstock to create an A2 panel (4 1/4" x 5 1/2").
  2.  Place stencil 1 from the November Color Layering Stencils of the Month over the Sand panel. Ink-blend over the stencil with Crimson and Cranberry Core Inks. Remove stencil. 
  3. Place stencil 2 over the panel and ink-blend with Fresh Lawn and Pine Core Inks. Remove stencil.
  4. Place stencil 3 over the panel and ink-blend with Summer Sky and Deep Ocean for stencil 3.
  5. Place stencil 4 over the panel and apply White Pearl Hero Paste over the panel, then remove stencil and set the panel aside to dry.
  6. When the Hero Paste has dried, die cut the panel with a die from the Pointed Arches Infinity Die Set.
  7. Add accents to the images with a copic marker and a white gel pen.
  8. Ink-blend the front of an A2 top-folding white card base with Mist Core Ink.
  9. Stamp a sentiment from the Swirly Christmas Tree stamp set onto the card front in INTENS-ified Black Ink.
  10. Adhere the stenciled panel to the card front with foam adhesive.
  11. Add White Hero Pearls to the card front.
