We are excited to bring you the launch of our February My Monthly Hero kit and add-ons! This month is for the birds! At the end of the post you will find links to a blog hop that will give you lots of ideas for using this month's kit and add-ons.

The words are for the birds in our Spoken Bird My Monthly Hero kit. Our feathery friends take center stage in the 6"x 8" clear set, and offer everyday messages to layer or combine with fabulous distress-edged bird silhouettes. Coordinating dies and a Paper Layering nest complete the core of the kit, with lovely papers and inks, and even a couple of tiny grapevine wreaths to round out the offering.

This month's kit includes:

6" x 8" Clear stamp set
24 Coordinating dies
3 Ink cubes (Nest, Robin's Egg, Feather)
2 5½" x 8½" sheets Stone woodgrain cardstock (111 lb. cover)
2 5½" x 8½" sheets Bubinga woodgrain cardstock (111 lb. cover)
2 Mini grapevine wreaths

This kit is an incredible deal with so many goodies in it that it is valued at $70 but the cost to you is $34.99.

Here's a closer look at the lightly distressed edges...

We also have some terrific, optional add-on products this month - 3 clear stamp sets, 2 coordinating Frame Cut sets, 2 Stamp & Cut sets, 2 Fancy Dies, 1 Paper Layering Die, 1 woodblock stamp and 2 Bold Prints background stamps. If you purchase all of the add-ons as a bundle you will save 11%!

First we have the A Little Birdie Told Me clear stamp set and coordinating Frame Cuts. These sweet little birds and the images that go with them will help you to easily make adorable scenes on your cards.

Hummingbirds are up next and include the Hummingbirds clear stamp set and coordinating Frame cuts. They are captured in flight with beautiful sentiments and flowers in this set.

Next up is the Come Fly With Me clear stamp set. When you need to send someone some inspiration and encouragement, this set is perfect.

This pretty Chirp Stamp & Cut set includes both the stamps and coordinating dies.

The second Stamp & Cut set this month is the Cardinal Stamp & Cut. Cardinals have special meaning for many people and it is a beautiful set, with its stamps and coordinating dies.

Next up is the Paper Layering Feather Die. It is the perfect size to add a feather accent or two (or more!) to your project.

The Bird and Banner Fancy Die set is up next. You can add dimension easily to any project with these dies.

The Bird Branches Fancy Die with Frame is an intricate set of dies that offer a delicate look to any project. Janette used this die to create an elegant background on her countdown card that you can see here.

This Sunburst Bold Prints background stamp is a must have to go with this month's products or any others you may have in your collection. And it can be used for beautiful geometric designs as well.

This next stamp is the Swirl of Starlings Bold Prints background stamp. It is reminiscent of the beautiful scene in the sky of a myriad of birds taking flight together.

Last, but not least, we have a lovely woodblock offering with the Starling on Branch stamp.

Our Creative team member, Amy, created a card using this month's kit:

Amy: This month's kit is packed with so many fun images it was so hard to pick! I decided to go with my typical clean + simple style, with a bit of humor.

I love a good pun, don't you? I stamped the images with Intense Black on one of the Heart Tags. I absolutely LOVE the woodgrain cardstock that comes with the kit. The detail is wonderful!

I finished off my card with enamel dots from my stash.

Love this kit and the add-ons, especially the bold sunburst stencil. Good bird images are always useful and these have a lot of variety. I like that some of the stamp edges are distressed on the birds.
