Hop to it!
Our delightful new Paper Layering Rabbit die made me think immediately of Easter. I dug out some old scraps of pastel card stock and hopped to it!
I've noticed lots of ginghams in the fashions lately, so I found my Candy Stripes Bold Prints background stamp to make a “gingham/plaid” look by using it in two directions. I die cut the bunny from a beautiful white pearly paper I found in my stash. I die cut his head again in pink and stole the inner ears! The Holiday Planner Icons set has the tiny holiday stamps - "EASTER" was perfect for the little sign he is holding. The flowers came together using a few different things - Japanese Garden Frame Cuts for the die cut flowers (or a paper punch) and Color Layering For You Flowers and it's matching dies for the leaf branches. Add pearls on flowers and a white pom pom for a tail. Googly eyes are a must! And silver thread for whiskers.
Thanks for stopping by!
