Personalized Holiday Gift Tags
It's time to tackle that pile of unwrapped presents in the corner of my bedroom, but first I like to make a few personalized tags to add to some special gifts. Not all gifts get the fancy ribbon and tags, but it's fun to dress up a few packages for those who I know will love the extra touch.
I chose to use the Color Layering Trimmings stamp set to create a little dimension with some Color Layering stamps. I set up the images in my MISTI, so I could easily create several tags at once. I used the pine branch as the base image for all the tags and then added in different smaller images from the set to make each tag a little different.
I personalized each tag using the Cross Stitch Alpha Set. The letters in this set are really easy to line up and I love the homemade feel the cross stitch letters add.
I also added a frame to each tag using the Wood Frame Infinity Dies. This adds some great texture and also makes the tag really pop!
I like to use neutral colored wrapping paper and so I can add the color with ribbons, tags and other embellishments. This year I'm going with different patterns of black and white and I think it's going to be fun adding in some bright pops of color.
Hope you have a great day!
