Double Stenciled Non-Traditional Christmas Card
Hi everyone! Ilina here! Today I am sharing a fun way to get more out of your stencils. For my card today I am using the new Geometric Spiral Stencil and a sentiment from the Graphic Lines Holiday stamp set.
To make the card start with 6" x 6" piece of Dove White cardstock (this way you can make two cards or save the second stenciled piece for future use).
Secure the stencil over the cardstock and apply Splash Reactive Ink using an Ink Blending Brush. Once done, shift the stencil about 45 degrees, secure it and apply Blue Hawaii Reactive Ink. With this your stenciling is done. Cut the stenciled piece in half. Save the second half for future use, or make a second card.
Trim the half piece to 5 1/4" x 2 1/2". Adhere to a piece of Lapis cardstock measuring 5 1/4" x 4". Cut a thin strip from Glitter Paper Basics and adhere it along the edge of the stenciled piece to add more interest to the background.
Stamp the sentiment using Clear Embossing and Watermark Ink and emboss using Detail White Embossing Powder. Trim to size and adhere to the panel. Add few white enamel dots and adhere to a Top Folded Dove White Card.
Thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you have an amazing day!
