I think the cute little raccoon from the Love Bandit set is one of my favorites in this release. But, yet, I LOVE all of the stamps and dies released. I have two cards to share with you today, both using the Love Bandit set. For both cards I started by stamping the images onto some alcohol marker friendly white card stock. I stamped them all at once using my MISTI and Intense black ink pad, then colored them and cut them out.
For my first card, again, I used my MISTI to stamp repeatedly the sentiment "Be My Valentine" onto Snow Layering paper (5 1/2" x 3 3/4"). I positioned where I wanted the one stamped in Intense Black Ink to be, then after I stamped it, I moved my paper up and down in the MISTI and stamped the sentiment in Soft Pink Shadow ink.
Next die cut a heart from vellum using the Nesting Heart Infinity dies. I assembled my panel and adhered to a Blush folded note card, added some Blush Mix Ombre sequins and thin glitter washi tape as a finishing touch.
For my second card I die cut the Paper Layering Floral Heart with Frame die (only didn't use the frame). I die cut it on piece of Snow paper (4" x 5 1/2") and using a paper piercing tool I popped the little paper layering pieces up to create extra dimension. I adhered the panel onto a Blush folded note card and added Nuvo Bubblegum Crystal drops in the center of the flowers.
While that was drying, I stamped the sentiment on Black Layering paper (Midnight mix) with Versamark and embossed with White Embossing powder. Once everything was dry I assembled my card.
We hope you enjoyed today’s projects and thank you for stopping by for a peek!
