Winter Catalog Sneak Peek #4 + Giveaway

Hero Arts

Hello stampers! We've saved something special for our final sneak peek before tomorrow’s 2020 Winter Catalog reveal. This sweet friendship card showcases a new 6" x 8" clear stamp set from our expanding Unity Collection in collaboration with Dana Joy and Pocono Pam.

Card created by Dana Joy

We know you'll fall in love with the images and heartfelt messages included in Kids United (CM471). Representation is such an important part of building a diverse and inclusive community. Everyone should be able to see themselves in the products they are using. This set is a step in that direction.

We are once again honored to partner with Dana and Pam to bring you Kids United, its coordinating Frame Cuts, another 6" x 8" clear set, and a wonderful die!

In Dana's words: "The stamp set was created to show the innocence of children. Race, gender or social status is never an issue with children until an adult shows them the difference. Our children love regardless of race, creed or lifestyle. Never disadvantage a child with the hate of an altered heart. Let them enjoy their world where the color of their friends skin doesn’t matter. Their friendship is what’s important."

And Pam shares: "Children are not born to hate. Kids United was created to confirm this. However, it is our responsibility as adults to teach children to respectfully accept differences in others. Acceptance leads compassion. Compassion is a selfless action that is needed in our homes, communities and world."

Beautifully said. Together we can make a difference. ♥

Hero Arts is donating the net profits from the entire Unity Collection to support racial justice through the Innocence Project.

I love this card…reminds me of a family story. My in-laws lived next door to a black family with a little boy 6-8 years old named Casey. We were meeting the family there for dinner andour 7 year old nephew met us out front. My husband, who teases everyone, said to our nephew, “Hey, is that you, Justin? I didn’t recognize you.” To which our nephew replied, “Did you think I was Casey?”

What an endearing stamp and message. It certainly speaks for what is right with the world at a time when we all need to be reminded. The coloring is beautiful. What a beautiful card!

I simply love this card and sentiment and the reminder of the innocence of friendship amongst kids…thanks for reminding us of that!

Love this idea and this stamp set as it shows how we should be united and not looking at the color of a person’s skin. People are people and you may not meet someone that is wonderful by being single minded. Kudos to you, Hero Arts.
