I decided to bring some SPRING into everyone’s long winter with some of MY daffodils! As you know I am the queen of multi-purposing stamps and dies, so here’s MY take on daffodils. It all started when I tried finding a daffodil stamp in my vast collection to make my neighbor’s birthday card. Daffies are her very favorite, so here’s what I did when I couldn’t find one to stamp!
To make this card, find the brightest yellow paper you can and stamp the large flower from Hello Flowers in Butter Bar ink. Also stamp the centers – I changed some up with various yellows and white, to get a variety. Luckily these flowers have matching dies, so it’s easy peasy to put together. Orange-y flower sequins from my stash made them pop. The stems were a little thin, so I mounted two together. Finally, I stamped “YAY!” from Bits & Pieces in Charcoal ink – because YAY SPRING!!!
So, Mr. Winter, get lost and start the big melt down!!! Happy almost spring!!!
