Hello! It’s Tami here today to share a “1 stamp set 2 ways” feature with the new Little One clear set that Kelly Rasmussen designed. There’s so much goodness packed into this one, including words that you can easily mix and match and lots of great graphic elements.
For this first card, I cut the message stamps apart so that the words could be repositioned. This is one of the things I love about clear stamps! It’s easy to do and doesn’t harm the stamps. Detail scissors are your friend when performing stamp surgery. :) Partial inking is another alternative if you’re not feeling like cutting them apart. Once the message was stamped, I surrounded it with rows of dots, a cute bear from the Baby Animals set, and a sprinkling of gold die cut stars.
This next mini card shows how the Little One set can extend beyond new baby cards. While the sweet A.A. Milne quote is perfect for baby cards, it’s also a great one to simply say “thank you.” Here, I painted a pink heart onto watercolor paper and stamped the quote right on top. Dots of Soft Cantaloupe and a bit of baker’s twine finish off this clean and simple design.
