Hi everyone! Do you ever get inspired by the products that are sitting out on your desk? That is how today’s card came about. These inks were mixing and mingling (amidst one big mess!) and I thought they’d make a pretty color combo for an Easter card.

I decided to spell out the word “Easter” using stamps from the monogram letters collection, overlapping them slightly…with one exception. Or should I say one EGG-ception? Standing in for the letter “a” is an Easter egg stamp. I couldn’t resist.
The soft background was created with Pool Ink Spray on textured watercolor paper. To create a light wash, drip a bit of Ink Spray onto a craft sheet or other non-porous surface, add a few spritzes of water, mix, and paint onto watercolor paper. You can also splatter diluted Ink Spray onto the piece with a paintbrush. I added a few dots of Unicorn White Spray for variety. Love that stuff!
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an EGG-cellent Thursday, stampers!
