A Greeting Cover-Up!

by Hero Arts Info February 16, 2016

I love getting brand new clear stamps, mounted on their clear protector sheets! They are arranged pretty enough to stamp, and that is exactly what I did! I inked the entire [hero_product_link sku="CL954" text="Many Everyday Messages"] with [hero_product_link sku="AF344" text="Green Apple Bold Ink"]. I played with all of our new Bold Inks on my favorite white paper. White paper always gives you the purest ink colors.

Now this is the “cover-up”. I needed a get well card, so I covered any messages that didn’t apply - like happy birthday, thanks, etc. - with the flowers and leaves from [hero_product_link sku="CL862" text="Color Layering Graphic Flowers"].  I stamped them with more colors of Bold Ink - [hero_product_link sku="AF331" text="Dandelion"], [hero_product_link sku="AF333" text="Tangerine"], [hero_product_link sku="AF332" text="Caramel"] with a little [hero_product_link sku="AF208" text="Bubble Gum Mid-Tone Shadow Ink"] as well. The leaves were inked with [hero_product_link sku="AF344" text="Green Apple"] and [hero_product_link sku="AF343" text="Moss"].

Now, of course, you know I never make just ONE card when my stamps are dirty! So I took the same stamps and colors with the addition of [hero_product_link sku="AF337" text="Orchid"] and made this simple birthday card.
