Birthday Butterfly

Hi there! Donna here, and I hope you’re playing in the new Tic Tac Toe Challenge, happening all this month here on the Hero Arts blog. Get all the details HERE, for a chance to win one of several $30 shopping sprees in the Hero Arts Online Store!

For my card, I chose the middle horizontal row: background stamp, birthday theme, and die cut. Easy peasy, right?

Find out how to make this card — click for complete supplies and instructions.

I chose the new 6×6 Drippy Lines Bold Prints stamp and stamped a tone on tone background. The butterfly was white embossed on watercolor paper, and I used Zig Kuretake Clean Color markers to color it in, then die cut with the matching die and adhered it to the card.

The final step was to stamp the birthday sentiment, then add a few sequins for a festive touch.

Now it’s your turn! Join the fun and help spread the word, too, and we hope to see you linked in the gallery! Thanks for stopping by today!
