Hi, it’s Libby here today, sharing a card for Father’s Day. In my house, the kids are elementary-aged, and the father is still called Daddy. With this in mind, I wanted to create a sweet Father’s Day card that would be perfect for Daddy. Lia’s cute little animal sets immediately came to mind! This card features the adorable little guy called Oscar. And for this special occasion, Oscar borrowed Millie’s hair bow and used it for his bowtie. :)
The card’s message was spelled out using Vaulted Letters by Lia. I love this alphabet, and I think it has a bit of a sporty look to it that’s perfect for guy cards. The Happy Stamp & Cut set has a bunch of great messages to go with the word “happy”, including “father’s day”. I paired it with Polka Dot Bold Prints by Lia to create a fun background for my card.
I had fun spelling out my own message for this card, but if you’re looking for a more traditional set for making your Father’s Day cards, I really love the woodblock set called Thanks Dad!
Thanks for stopping by today,
