What to do... Cut strips from various shades of blue and green cardstock. Stamp scroll images with blue ink on blue paper as shown. From two stamped strips, cut scrolls out. Adhere pieces along with ribbon. Add stitching. Mat photo on white cardstock. Stamp photo corner scrolls with green ink on green cardstock. Add to photos. Stamp title with dark brown ink.
