Tip: • Emboss all your images at once to save time. • Allow punched circles to “bleed off” the edges of the paper for visual interest. • You can accent or temper neon with other colors, such as Ocean; although it is not technically “neon”, it goes well with the color scheme in this project. • Use a dental floss threader to guide twine through tight/small openings.

White emboss doily multiple times on Snow Layering Paper.
Sponge inks over top; punch out with various size circle punches.
Layer circles onto black cardstock panel measuring 4” square, trimming off any overhanging edges.
Trim Pool Note Card to measure 4 ¼” square; mount neon circle panel to card front.
Stamp “super duper” with black ink on scrap strip of Pool Layering Paper.
3D mount strip to card front; embellish with baker’s twine.
