Stamp layering with a velveteen look! This technique came to me on accident as I stamped on a scrap of paper that had an image stamped in white. It was an "Ah Ha" moment that I just had to share it with you.
Instructions: Instructions
Stamp an image on a white notecard using Memories Unicorn pigment ink. Allow to dry.
Stamp flowers or other bold images over top to create the velveteen look.
