Create a vibrant holiday card with neon snowflakes!
Instructions:
- Stamp snowflakes from Winter Wishes in neon ink on a Snow card. Overlap sizes and colors of snowflakes.
- Stamp small snowflake in green ink on green paper. Trim and adhere to card.
- Stamp message from Winter Wishes in black ink on a trimmed rectangle of Aspen Frost paper. Mat with blue paper and adhere to card.
- Stamp large snowflake in blue ink on blue paper. Punch with a scalloped circle and embellish with a felt snowflake and gem.
- To finish, add embellished snowflake to card.
Tip:
Layer stamps with various colors to make a unique and vibrant background.
