Magnolia Card

Create a shaped card using a template or die cut.


Instructions:

  1. Use a die cut template to cut Poppy layering paper and Snow layering paper. Cut two pieces of Poppy for the front and back of the card.
  2. Stamp the Magnolia with Snow ink on a piece of Kraft paper several times. Emboss with white powder if desired. Cut out images, layirng together as shown.
  3. Use pencils to add shading to the flower.
  4. Stamp the French Writing image with Soft Leaf shadow ink on the Snow die cut piece.
  5. Attach the Snow piece to the Poppy piece. Score the other Poppy piece near the top and attach that top portion to the front Poppy piece to create the card.
  6. Attach the flower and embellish with pink pearl accents.


Tip:
Create multiple layers to add dimension.
