Happy New Year

Ring in the new year with a neon confetti background!

Corner rounder (We R Memory Keepers), foam tape, neon pink and orange pens (Heidi Swapp), neon yellow marker (office supply store)

Instructions: |
- Stamp the Tiny Ink Spots background four times on a 4x5.25" piece of white cardstock: once with navy, neon pink, neon orange, and neon yellow. Round the corners.
- Stamp the "Happy New Year" message on the background for positioning and trim it off, leaving the background in two pieces.
- Using Navy ink, stamp "Happy New Year" in the same position on a Snow notecard. Round the corners.
- Color the dots on the message with neon pens or markers. Add glitter to the dots. (Click on "view larger image" to see a closeup.)
- Adhere the background pieces in place, adding glitter here and there on the background.
- Add Diamond Gems.
