Heidi Swapp Day Glow Tape, Heidi Swapp Day Glow Gel Pens, Heidi Swapp Day Glow Tape, Heidi Swapp Color Magic Resist Paper, black cardstock, 3 pencils with erasers, foam adhesive

Instructions: |
- Create a top folding card base from a piece of black cardstock.
- Rub Neon Yellow Ink on Heidi Swapp Color Magic Resist Paper to create chevron pattern. Adhere to the bottom of a panel of white cardstock.
- Use the eraser tip of a pencil to randomly stamp confetti circle using Pink, Yellow and Orange Neon Inks.
- Adhere a strip of Heidi Swapp Day Glow pink tape through center.
- Create dash lines above tape with an orange Heidi Swapp Day Glow gel pen.
- Adhere Heidi Swapp Day Glow letter stickers to spell out the word "thank".
- Stamp the word "you" using VersaMark ink on black cardstock. Emboss with white embossing powder. Adhere to card with foam adhesive.
- Adhere white panel to black card base.
